GORCAPA - Project Management

Hurcon Group has been selected by the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority to provide Project Management Services for the delivery of its Capital Works Program.

As part of this engagement, Hurcon will deliver end-to-end project management services across the full project lifecycle, including:
-Project Initiation
-Planning and Design Management
-Procurement Management
-Construction Phase Project Management
-Superintendence and Contract Administration

The Great Ocean Road is one of Australia's most iconic natural assets, and we are excited to support GORCAPA in delivering projects that enhance and protect the region's coastal and park environments for the benefit of local communities and visitors alike.
