Managing Director

Trent drives a culture that focuses on maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients, employee’s and other valued partners.

He is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of projects, encompassing the Hurcon safety culture, careful project planning and sound risk management.

Prior to founding Hurcon, Trent spent over 12 years in the civil construction industry, having managed water, road and tunnelling infrastructure projects around Australia.

Trent holds qualifications in civil engineering, construction law and project management and is a member of the Society of Construction Law Australia and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Manager - Engineering & Project Management

Josh joined the team in 2020 and is based out of Hurcon’s Geelong office.

He has extensive experience providing detailed project cost estimates and construction advice. Josh understands the local Geelong construction industry having worked on regional construction projects including water, sewer, drainage, and road projects.

Josh understands the local construction industry having worked on regional construction projects since 2017.

Prior to commencing at Hurcon, Josh has worked in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Project and Design management.

Josh holds qualifications in Architecture and Construction Management.

Away from work Josh captains his premier league cricket team and spends time at his rural property.

Civil Engineer

Marcus recently completed his civil engineering degree at Deakin University and is currently working in our construction team on construction tenders, project management and cost estimation.

Prior to commencing at Hurcon, Marcus worked in Traffic Management whilst studying at Deakin.

Civil Engineer

Will joined the Hurcon team as an Undergraduate Civil Engineer in 2023 and is currently assisting with construction tender submissions, cost estimates and completing quantity surveying tasks.

He is also responsible for helping to co-ordinate all project elements including engineering design reviews and quality planning as well as ensuring the projects remain within budget and are completed within the overall program requirements.
